Use Mobile Banking Wisely

Registration:

  • Download our mobile App “Ajman Bank Connect”.
  • Click on “Already a customer? Register.
  • You can register easily with UAE pass by clicking on “Login with UAE Pass”.
  • Alternatively, you can register using your card details.
  1. Enter your card number and PIN.
  2. Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
  3. Read our terms and conditions then click on “I Agree”.
  4. Create your mPIN to use for login.
  5. Enable biometrics.

logging in:

  1. open the mobile app.
  2. login using your mPIN, biometric or UAE pass.

 

  • Check Account Balances.
  • Log in to the mobile app.
  • Click on “Accounts”
  • View the list of the accounts with their balances.

 

  • Understand how to transfer money between accounts, pay bills, and make peer-to-peer payments through the mobile app.

Transfer between accounts (If the beneficiary is not added):

  1. Login to the mobile app
  2. Click on transfer/pay.
  3. Select the suitable option “Own Accounts, Within Ajman Bank, Within UAE bank or overseas”.
  4. Click on “Add new beneficiary.
  5. Enter beneficiary details.
  6. Select the debit account.
  7. Enter the amount.
  8. Choose the suitable purpose of transfer.
  9. Click on “Confirm”.
  10. Use your biometric to process the transfer.

Transfer between accounts (If the beneficiary is added):

  1. Login to the mobile app
  2. Click on transfer/pay.
  3. Select the suitable option “Own Accounts, Within Ajman Bank, Within UAE bank or overseas”.
  4. Select the beneficiary.
  5. Select the debit account.
  6. Enter the amount.
  7. Choose the suitable purpose of transfer.
  8. Click on “Confirm”.
  9. Use your biometric to process the transfer.

 

Pay bills (if the biller is not added):

  1. Login to the mobile app
  2. Click on transfer/pay.
  3. Click on “Add new bill”.
  4. Select your biller.
  5. Enter the biller details.
  6. Select the debit account.
  7. Enter the amount.
  8. Click on “Confirm”.
  9. Use your biometric to process the payment.

Pay bills (if the biller is added):

  1. Login to the mobile app
  2. Click on transfer/pay.
  3. Select your biller.
  4. Select the debit account.
  5. Enter the amount.
  6. Click on “Confirm”.
  7. Use your biometric to process the payment.

 

  • Understand how to view and download account statements through the mobile app.
  • Login to the mobile app
  • Click on “Accounts”
  • Select “statement” option.
  • Select the dates.
  • Click on “Next”.
  • View your statement.
