Ediz Ozsoy is the Chief Financial Officer at Ajman Bank. He is a seasoned financial expert with over 30 years of leadership experience in the financial and banking sector. Ediz’s areas of expertise include financial control, financial planning and analysis, strategy, taxation, budgeting, balance sheet management, and performance monitoring.

Before joining Ajman Bank, Ediz served as the Chief Financial Officer for all legal entities of Citibank in the United Arab Emirates, including within the country and at the Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Market. Prior to that, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for all of Citibank’s operations in Turkey. Ediz also has extensive experience in business and product areas, including strategic planning, partnership and alliance execution, sales, and relationship and product management. In addition to his CFO roles, Ediz served on the Board of Directors for Citi Islamic Investment Bank in Bahrain and as the Executive Director for Citi Qatar.

Ediz is known for his analytical and strategic mindset, his dedication to team spirit, and his commitment to optimizing efficiency through innovation and automation. He holds a degree in Economics from Istanbul University and is a trainer for banking balance sheet simulation programs. Ediz’s career reflects his passion for strategic growth, value creation, and excellence in financial management.
