Ajman Bank Brings Greater Convenience to Customers As They Enable Essential Services Bills to Be Paid At Its Branches
Ajman Bank, the emirate's first Islamic commercial bank, is bringing ever greater convenience to customers with a new addition to its services. Residents of Ajman are now able to pay their sewerage bills at any of Ajman Bank's branches, where previously they could only do so at Empost offices or at the Ajman sewerage office itself. The latest offering is another reflection of Ajman Bank's ongoing commitment to bring its customers a wide range of products and services.
The agreement was signed at Ajman Bank's in the presence of Olivier Crasson, General Manager of Ajman Sewerage, Youssef Al Ajmani, Executive Manager of Ajman Sewerage, Ali Essa Al Shaqoosh Al Mueen, acting Chief Executive Officer of Ajman Bank and Ahmed Osman, Head, North Emirates, Corporate Banking Group at Ajman Bank.
 
The recently formed relationship with Ajman sewerage is one of many the bank has developed in order to bring valuable services to its customers. Over several months Ajman bank has established ties with various bodies throughout the UAE including Ajman free zone, Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Emirates Transport. These partnerships will enable residents, citizens and investors a wide range of benefits from public transport services to assistance in setting up a business, and are geared towards transforming Ajman, in the first instance, into a modern, vibrant and attractive emirate, in line with its community banking policy.
Besides extending its portfolio of products and services through new partnerships, the recent months have seen the bank continue to work on making its services more accessible to customers as it expands its network of branches and ATMs expand across the emirates. Recently formed relationships with exchange bureaus Al Fardan and the UAE Exchange have made it easier for customers to pay both credit card bills and loan installments. E-services are also being developed to provide ultimate in accessibility.
Ajman Bank's Acting CEO Ali Essa AlShaqoosh Al Mueen on the recent service launch said the following: "Ajman Bank continues to strive to bring customers a wide range of excellent services, which we continue to prove with our growing portfolio. Our latest service offering is another example of our wish to make banking with us bring ever greater convenience to our customers. With our new branches set to open shortly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we hope that more people choose to experience our solutions first hand."
Commenting on this agreement, Olivier Crasson, General Manager of Ajman Sewerage Private Company Limited said: "We are delighted to partner a prestigious institution such as Ajman Bank which has been exerting, since its inception, great efforts to promote sustainable development operations in the Emirate."
 
He added: "We are constantly looking to enhance communication with customers and to provide them with enhanced services and facilities to enable them to pay their bills easily. The signature of this agreement comes in the framework of our strategy which focuses on customers by constantly striving to expand the customer service network and facilitate the payment of wastewater fees and charges."
